About Brad

Brad joined the group in October 2017 as a Plan Participant Coordinator for our Retirement Services Team. His responsibilities include assisting 401k & Pension Plan participants with questions they may have concerning their account, setting-up loans, distributions, and establishing enrollments. Brad’s attention to detail paired with excellent customer service provides a seamless and high-quality experience for plan participants.

A native Towsonite living in the Baltimore County area, Brad attended Towson Catholic High School, graduated from McDaniel College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 2008, and has some graduate experience from Towson University in Applied Information Technology. He has over 10 years of customer service experience in various fields. In his spare time, Brad enjoys music, traveling with friends and collaborating on various photography projects with artists within the Baltimore-DC metro area cosplay community.
