About Janet

Janet Lucas has been with the group since 1999. Janet began with the company as a part-time administrative assistant and transitioned to several positions as the company expanded. She has held the position of Senior Plan Relationship Manager since 2006. In this capacity she is responsible for managing the company’s retirement plan relationships, which includes providing support to assist plan sponsors with the accounting, compliance and tax reporting aspects of the plans and communicating with the plan sponsors and business owners.

Janet has worked in administrative positions for various businesses since 1978 as well as co-operating her own family business for several years along with her husband. With over 20 years of experience at our company, both her knowledge and her relationships with our clients continue to be a tremendous asset to our company.

She has been married to Tom for over 30 years and has two children, Matthew and Julianne. Janet enjoys spending time with her family, walking her two pugs, Elmo and Grover, traveling and playing the guitar and singing in the contemporary music group at St. Mary’s of the Assumption Church.
