About Rania
Rania graduated from Towson University with a Communications degree in 2000 and has over 20 years of experience in Learning and Development, with a strong background in curriculum development, training facilitation, quality control, and HR administration. Growing up in Long Island, NY, and later moving to Baltimore, she has built a career defined by her dedication to crafting impactful training programs that drive employee engagement, reduce error rates, and enhance productivity.
Recently, Rania joined Red Oak Financial as a Client Relationship Coordinator, where she leverages her expertise in building strong client relationships and enhancing employee development initiatives. She excels at fostering collaborative relationships, creating inclusive learning environments, and ensuring equitable access to learning opportunities. Known for leading company-wide initiatives with clear objectives and engaging content, she approaches her work with empathy and values teamwork for collective success. Adaptable and innovative, Rania stays ahead of industry trends and best practices, continuously pursuing learning and positive change.
Living in Towson with her husband, daughter Samantha, and two dogs, Max and Willow, Rania’s family also owns the Towson Diner—a community staple since the 1950s, operated by the Kourtsounis family since the 1990s. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with family and friends."
