Robert DiMarino
PLAN ADVISOR
About Robert
I learned a lot from my grandfather. As a child, I would sit with him in his study and listen to him read National Geographic and we would learn as much as we could about history, wildlife and other cultures. He taught me the importance of a great cup of coffee and the benefits of an afternoon nap.
He encouraged me to read, travel and try something new every day, and being with him showed me how to look at life through a wider lens.
It’s that lens, along with my own life experiences and great education, I use to consider the needs of my clients, many of whom remind me of my grandfather. I am entrusted with helping them strive to create, pursue and attain their individual financial goals, a truly awesome responsibility that I don’t take lightly.
Just as I wouldn’t want to let down my grandfather, nor would I want to let down my clients. And hopefully along the way, just as I learned from my grandfather, I can learn from my clients.
That education transfers to my personal life, which is quite busy these days – my wife, two boys and constantly changing cast of pets keeps my calendar full.
I still love to read and learn, but I've swapped National Geographic for books on value investing, macro-economic trends and financial planning - all with the goal of helping the people who have entrusted me with their futures.
