About Sheila

Sheila joined the group in 2013 as the Chief Operating Officer. As the firm has grown, the need for office management and accounting has grown. Having worked previously as the Controller at one of ROFG’s largest clients, she was a tested addition to the team. Since Sheila knew ROFG many years as a client, she accepted the position of COO. Sheila’s responsibilities are with the operations of the company with things such as the accounting, human resources, informational technology and compliance.

Sheila graduated in 1993 from Towson State University with a degree in Accounting. Shortly after in 1994, she obtained her CPA designation. Her career includes working for Tritronics Inc. (a major distributor of electronics parts), as the Controller from 1996 to 2008. She then became the Controller of Encompass Parts Distribution, Inc. and Encompass Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. until 2013.

Sheila lives with her husband Karl in Fawn Grove, PA. She is partner for a media outlet that covers rock and roll music internationally and is a concert photographer. Sheila is a member of her church choir at Fawn Grove United Methodist Church. Sheila & Karl enjoys spending time with their daughter Casey, son-in-law Josh and two spoiled grandchildren.
